Am I eligible?

You may be eligible for this trial if you:

• Are between 18 and 70 years of age.
• Have been depressed three or more times over your live; twice in the past five years and at least once in the last two years.
• Are currently feeling well.
• Are able to complete questionnaires and tasks that require fluent written and spoken English, and have no visual/hearing impairments.

The research trial is not suitable for you if:

• You are currently feeling depressed
• You harm yourself on a regular basis to cope with your problems
• You have serious issues with eating or have an eating disorder
• You have serious issues with drugs or alcohol
• You been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or schizophrenia
